How much does pressure washing cost?
Most Peninsula driveways and patios run between a few hundred and a few thousand dollars depending on size, surface type, and condition. We quote flat-rate, not hourly, so the price you're given is the price you pay. Estimates are free.
Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
Not when it's done correctly. We match pressure and detergent to the specific surface — and for delicate materials like roofing, painted siding, or historic brick, we use soft-wash methods instead of raw pressure. That's the whole reason we offer both.
Do you clean gutters as part of a package?
Absolutely. Most clients bundle gutter cleaning with a house or roof wash for a discount. We hand-clear all debris, flush the downspouts, and give you a short inspection report if we spot anything that needs attention.
How often should I have my property cleaned?
Roofs: every 2–3 years (more often if you're under heavy tree cover). Siding and walkways: annually. Gutters: twice a year — before and after the rainy season. We can set up a recurring schedule so you never have to think about it.
