We help Peninsula homeowners respond to roof-condition notices with material-appropriate cleaning, before-and-after photos, and a written service record. Your carrier alone decides whether the work satisfies its requirements.
Your request is on its way to Nick. We'll be in touch within 24 hours.
Aerial and ground documentation — the same view your carrier is looking at.
Some insurers review roof condition using property inspections, aerial imagery, or satellite photography. Visible moss, algae, lichen, staining, and debris may be noted during that review — though standards vary by carrier, by policy, and by property.
Organic growth can be interpreted as a maintenance concern even when the roof underneath remains serviceable. If you have received a written notice, read it closely and confirm the required documentation and the deadline directly with your agent or carrier. We don’t interpret policy language and we don’t speak to coverage — that conversation belongs with them.
What we can do is remove the visible growth with a method appropriate to your roof material, photograph the roof before and after, and give you a written record of the work performed. You decide what to send.
We are licensed and carry $1,000,000 in liability coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request if your carrier, HOA, or property manager wants one on file.
Common compliance calls: non-renewal notices citing roof condition, pre-inspection cleaning before a scheduled carrier visit, HOA architectural compliance, and pre-sale roof documentation.
Hot-water pressure washing that lifts oil, algae, moss, and years of grime from concrete, brick, pavers, exposed aggregate, and stone — without stripping the surface.
Low-pressure, biodegradable-detergent washing for roofs, siding, stucco, and anything delicate. Kills moss, mildew, and algae at the root — 4–6x longer-lasting than blasting.
Hand-cleared gutters, flushed downspouts, and a full inspection for damage or sagging. The cheapest form of water-damage insurance your home will ever get.
Streak-free exterior window washing for residential and light commercial properties. We reach the high ones, detail the frames, and leave glass you can actually see through again.
Every compliance job comes with the full before-and-after set.
We got a non-renewal letter over roof moss. Nick's cleaned it, sent us the before-and-after photos, and we forwarded them straight to our agent.
We keep the back-and-forth to a minimum and the communication clear. Here's what working with us looks like.
Call, text, or fill out our form. We respond within 24 hours with a clear, itemized quote.
For larger jobs, we walk the property with you to confirm scope, materials, and the best method.
On time, in uniform, with professional gear. Landscaping protected, neighbors respected.
We walk the finished job with you. If anything's not right, we fix it then and there.
1. Estimate, reviewed by Nick. We look at the visible condition, the roof material, access, and the specific concern described in your notice. Send a photo of the letter if you have one — the deadline shapes the schedule.
2. Before documentation. Photos from multiple angles, including every area your notice calls out, captured before anything is touched.
3. Soft wash treatment. Low pressure and detergent, matched to your roof material, killing moss, algae, and lichen at the root. We never pressure wash a roof — high pressure can void manufacturer warranties and cause the very damage a carrier worries about.
4. After documentation and service record. Matching after photos where access and conditions allow, plus a written description of the work performed.
5. Your file. You receive the photo set, the service record, and our business and insurance information. Acceptance and policy decisions remain entirely with your carrier.
No company can guarantee an insurance decision, and you should be wary of any that says otherwise. Cleaning addresses visible moss, algae, lichen, and debris; photos and a service record document the work. Confirm submission requirements and deadlines directly with your agent or carrier.
Your carrier may still request repairs, a further inspection, or additional documentation. We provide the project photos and service record we captured, but we cannot guarantee acceptance, reinstatement, renewal, or pricing.
Roof-condition notices are deadline-driven, so we prioritise them. Share the date on your letter with your estimate request and we will confirm the earliest realistic timing. Most quotes go out within 24 hours.
Yes, at no extra charge. Before-and-after photos plus a written description of the work performed. What you submit, and how, is up to you.
High pressure can, which is exactly why we do not use it on roofs. We soft wash only: low pressure and detergent, matched to the material and aligned with published guidance against high-pressure roof washing.
Yes. Licensed, and carrying $1,000,000 in liability coverage. We provide a certificate of insurance on request rather than posting the document publicly.
Soft washing kills growth at the root rather than stripping the surface, so results typically hold 2 to 3 years on the Peninsula. Heavy tree canopy shortens that. If your carrier reviews annually, a maintenance schedule keeps you ahead of the next notice.
Estimate request only — no job is booked and no payment is collected. Send us the notice deadline and we will tell you honestly what we can do and when. Carrier acceptance is not guaranteed.
