About window cleaning

Why pure water beats soap and a squeegee.

Ordinary tap water carries dissolved minerals. When it dries on glass those minerals stay behind as spots and streaks — which is why a traditional wash can look worse a week later than it did the day it was done.

We run water through a multi-stage filter that strips those minerals out. Pure water dries with nothing left to leave behind, so the glass dries clear on its own with no squeegee touching it and no detergent film attracting the next layer of dust.

It also means we clean from the ground. A carbon-fibre water-fed pole reaches second and third-story glass without a ladder resting against your gutters, your siding, or your landscaping — safer for the crew and safer for the house.
